Richard attended Edinburg High School, the University of Pan American, and obtained his Juris Doctorate at the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He is a proud Army veteran and as Edinburg's Mayor, the city underwent unparalleled growth and economic development. He had the honor of serving as Edinburg Municipal Judge from 1975-1978 and was a County Court of Law Judge for 16 years. He served as Interim Hidalgo County Judge from 1995-1996, was Chair of the Texas Border Coalition twice, and was appointed to the Texas Adult Probation Commission. Today he focuses his practice almost exclusively in defending high profile Federal cases throughout the United States. In his 46 years as a licensed federal practitioner he has personally defended cases in over 25 states

A proud native son of Edinburg, Terry attended Edinburg High School, the University of Pan American, and received his Juris Doctorate from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1991. Terry has served as the the Edinburg Municipal Court Judge since 1994 and has served consecutively for 26 years. Additionally serving as a chair member for the Edinburg Housing Authority, Edinburg Chamber of Commerce, and is an active participant and sponsor for the Boys & Girls Club of Edinburg. In his practice he handles state criminal defense, personal injury, and family law.

Audra worked as a legal assistant while obtaining her Bachelors in Sociology from The University of Texas-Pan American. Upon her completion of her undergraduate studies, Audra then attended Texas Tech School of Law on a full-academic scholarship where she completed her Juris Doctorate. While in law school, she completed multiple internships for both profit and non-profit legal entities. She has over 15 years of legal experience and has been a licensed attorney in Texas since 2011. Her practice primarily focuses on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation
